I am from Pune (Sahakarnager). From a 4 Moths I don’t have any issue from Tikona other than Customer care service. Before getting Tikona Broadband check following things.
1) Tikona server and your home distance should be under 300 m to 400 m
2) Tikona server should be visible by naked eye.
3)Very IMP Single Strength should be above 65% that is 4 candle’s LED should be blinking.
If you have above criteria then you will dare to get Tikona and recently their connectivity and speed improve in Pune.
But customer care services is not good as other ISP.
