1. I am a resident of Hyderabad. My complaint is regarding Tikona internet broadband. I subscribed for annual plan by paying Rs.5515/- for the said connection. Before the completion of expiry of annual subscription (i.e.before 10 days), I requested to terminate the plan.
No sooner I requested to terminate, Tikona technical representative came to house and disconnected all wires, modem, etc., and given an acknowledgement for those articles. Thereafter, around one year passed, I started receiving threatening callings from some advocates claiming they are fromTees Hazari court, Delhi that some complaints are lodged by Tikona broadband that Rs.5000/- dues are pending against my connection, if I am not paying immediately then I will face dire consequences and punishment may go upto even one lakh rupees.
When I approached Tikona customer care they are deaf at their end. After many threatened calls then I lastly approached akosha, they solved all those problems.
2. Akoshas involvement to solve my problem is aplaudable.
3. Akosha has taken hardly 10 days and saved Rs.5000/- plus (if you include one lakh then it is much more as threatened by advocates).
4 Akosha is often following up the complaint, i.e. atleast 02 days once.
I will scale Akosha in my case maximum, i.e.05 (five) rating.
Definitely I will recommend my friends or anybody whose ever is facing these problems to approach Akosha.
