Third Class Service

Worse Service , Worse speed, Worse Technical supports, Worse Management, They cheat customers. Please please please don’t go for TIKONA. Its waste going for their service.TIKONA asks for one month advance payment and after that they just forget the customers.


The customer care team they just help the management in cheating the customers, they never log complaints if you speed is 50% or above the plan, the will just say that sir/madam you are getting good speed, The technical team whether works or not I don’t know, even if somebody log complaint you will not get resolution for the problem.
