My first and worst internet provider, Tikona.First of all they charge rs.500 for installation for wires and all, but they want it back when you remove the connection.The speed is worst, no plan is unlimited if you use more than 10gb in a month then the speed will be 20kbps. No high speed on youtube and Torrents or anywhere, the charges for each plan is much higher than other broadbands. Connection lost several times and they give reason that due to maintainance.
The worst part of tikona is the costumer care service, they are insane, if you have any problem it is very complex to get a feasible solution, and if the payment is not given at time connection is lost plus extra fine charges will apply.
Never take home pickup for payment, I paid rs.600 to the tikona guy, he was supposed to submit it at the office, but he didn’t, so I had to pay double charges plus extra fine also, and they never except their mistakes. They are just greedy for the payments, donot provide good services.
The Sim card internets like Airtel, Vodafone are better and reliable then Tikona.
