Tikona is worst and pathetic ISP in India.

I applied for Tikona Wibro connection on 5th of May 2012, the Tikona Engineer took the amount of Rs 2500 from me and got it encashed on 10th May 2012. Two days later Installation engineer came to my place and told that network is not present in my area. I asked him to then refund the amount taken. That guy told that it will be refunded after 25 days. He asked me to call customer care so that I can get the procedure started.


When I called up at customer care 18002094276, I came to know that they have entered my name wrongly as Aggarwal in their database, I requested them to do the correction, Tikona guys aksed me to send a scanned copy of ID proof to customercare-tikona. I mailed them the PAN card copy. A day later they asked me again to send the scanned copy, I again send the copy to them. This process of mailing continued for 3 more times within next 2 days.


But the result was nothing till date they neither changed my name nor they started procedure for refunding. Whatever mails I am wirting to them they are not replying now. When I talk to customer care they raise tickets and they close it also without intimating me. The customer care people say that "Sir, we are raising an urgent ticket for your issue and you will get a call within 24 hours" but no calls of any kind I have recieved from Tikona Pvt Ltd.


The person S.Nair is in Apellate Authority of Tikona and he does nothing for consumers. First thing is they dont even bother to call you or reply to your mails. And its nearly impossible to reach out to customer care for help because of long waiting time in the call queue. You will be holding the line for so long that the guy will himself hang up.
