Hello, I have approximately 60% bad and 40% good experience with Tikona.When I was in bangalore 3 years ago for my aeronautical training at NAL, I was using tikona service.Let me tell you my experience with this

Good experiences

1. Reasonable cost as per your bandwidth usage

   
   




2. Low cost with high speed(Rs.1000/month with 1 Mbps speed unlimited)

   
   




3. No network problem

   
   




4. no internet speed problem

   
   




5. I used approx. 10 Gb data daily, even after that no reduction in speed as usually happens in other operators.

   
   

Bad experiences

1. difficult to find tikona service in my city chandigarh

   
   




2. no proper customer care support when I was in bangalore 3 years ago

   
   




3. they cost me one month extra when I uninstalled it.

   
   




4. no wide network available recently
