My user id for Tikona was 1115115404.Tikona has sent me legal notice through advocates.
My last bill(period 26/3/2016 to 25/4/2016) was duly paid by me on 9th April 2016. I informed them through mail on 24th April that I want to discontinue the service and I stopped using their services.When they did not revert on mail, I again reminded on mail on 30th April.
They did not bother to revert .
After that I have stopped using their service and they also did not send me any further bills.Now all of a sudden they have sent notice through advocate asking for payment of Rs.2037.
I have also started receiving calls from advocate.
I would strongly suggest that existing customers should keep documents safe and preserved once they stop the services and new customer should think twice before availing the services.
