They are thieves. I used this internet for just 5-7 days and they promise me for refunding the amount. But later I got this message from them

They are thieves seriously, please people do not use tikona. Waste of money and time. Worst internet service provider. I seriously think that 5 and 4 stars reviews are from the tikona team people.
I have a ADULM2048 plan. i.e. 2MBPS plan, and see the attached image this is what I got.

What I suggest other users if they are reading this is that don’t don’t ever go to this ISP.
They are just worst, each time when you call their CC they says your internet connection will fix in 24 hours and listing to this I just have spend 15 days, but still same speeds issue and most of the times net is totally down.
Please guys don’t ever go to tikona(SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY)
