I need to find new adjectives to describe their service.in fact their no service
Amazingly worst.supremely pathetic.what else words which I am short off
They don’t do service and force to pay bill for nothing( for the service which they not provided)
Their Customer care won’t care your calls and they have alternate number which will charge you normally.and funny part is first you will be in queue with voice as "Please stay online as your call is important to us.your estimated wait time is 3 mins.and the estimated time keep on increasing by the time goes"
Mind you they even threaten you to face legal consequences.as we have other works to do.so we simply pay the bill for no service
so if you have big pockets and free money( pay for akshyapatra) then go for it
