Disconnecting Tikona is a Nightmare,surely for All

Shifting to a new location with pre-installed Internet Connection, I no longer needed Tikona  & raised a Request for disconnection on 7 Jan.The ordeal Tikona has put me through just shows how well managed their process is.Even after 50 days of raising request, My Connection is still active.WHY? Need to milk the Customers na:-(


Had a nightmare explaining to their telecallers why I no longer needed connection.They knew but still wasted 3-4 min repeatedly asking me Why  WHY am I disconnecting?


It is hilarious when their reply to each call & mail is:We are looking into Your Case with PRIORITY.


Even the word PRIORITY would now be ashamed of itself.


As I realised they are DISINCLINED to execute my Request, I followed them on Mail & on Call.I even dropped a Mail to their appellate authoring, Mr. Nair.And the reply is once again Same:"We are looking into Your Case with PRIORITY."


To add to woes, Tikona has shown its completely Unethical Business side.Instead  7 Jan as my Request date, they are displaying my Request dated on 6 Feb.Dear Tikona, my Mail account & Call recordings are still honest.So, please Grow Up!


Why all this ORDEAL? Simply for Money!So, I am handed over a Bigger Bill filled with all the Bullshit & they expect me to cough up Money for Services I never used.Keep up your HAFTA VASOOLI tactics, one by one All would get fed up.


Surely, Customer Care would again do the Sham of changing the issue to Resolved without actually resolving but you require my User Id for it:-)
