Don't Take This -Even If Only ISP In Your Locality

You must be wondering why 1 star - reason is there is no negative scoring on mouthshut! Tikona guys work really hard to get negative marks.


Getting the connection is hard, getting disconnected is even harder. They know very well that people leave within few days of getting the connection and hence have made such crappy rules for people who are planning to quit.


First, you will have to apply multiple times (at least 3 times) before they acknowledge the request. Then you will need to tolerate this service for 30 days without using it - then only they will be ready to confirm your disconnection request. After you chase them for many days, they will actually disconnect the service. However, After disconnection, they have sent me a claim for 1500 as Termination charge.


The service quality and link stability is worst of all service providers. They know this very well and hence such shitty policy of disconnection. I have talked to my consumer lawyer and responded back to them for showing me the clause under which they are asking for 1500. If they fail to show me, will file a case against the CEO - nobody else is responding.
