It was the my first and last experience with tikona.the installation in my area took a week after payment even after payment they provide better speed and bandwidth only for 6mnts after that period you would start experiencing poor speed and lost of connectivity from the server when you call up for the servive they would blame it as your device or router problem.
And the worst part of the tikona is that even if you wont pay for next subscription they would renew it to your account and will force you to pay for the renewed service and the fun part which happened with me when I refused to pay for extra subscription they faked called me as an delhi high court advocte n they have lodged a complaint against us in high court so we need to pay 3000 or they would drag us into delhi court even when I mailed them toh stop my service and I wont be renewing this case same happened with 3 of my friends
