I was looking for a good ISP after I shifted to Mumbai. After considering a few options I approached Tikona, coz they provided a free demo of their speed and connectivity before offering me a connection. Their sales person came to me with his devices and explained me about their wireless technology and how their connection worked. He also showed me the receiver and the light signals on it that are required for good connectivity and speed. Then he connected the device to my computer gave me a speed test according to my chosen plan, and asked me to pay for my new connection, if I’m satisfied with the demo, which I was.
Since then, I’ve been using Tikona broadband for nearly 4 months now. It has been a very good experience. There have been a few cases when there was connection issues. Once they charged me with extra bill, which I had not used. But on explaining this to the customer care person, who listened to me patiently as I was almost yelling at him regarding my problem. He said he will check with the billing team and call me back. When he called me back, he apologized for the inconvenience caused, and asked me to pay the bill generated and the extra money will be adjusted in the next months bill, which was efficiently and satisfactorily done. Over all its a good service to use with very good speed and customer service.
