Its very worst connection I ever faced earlier and even later also. If they are giving free for 12 months bliendly dont take this connection. Service also worst. Each and every time they are saying that problem will be resolved with in 24 hours/48 hours/72hours/7 days, but then also I faced problem i.e continues contant speed was not coming for this VERY VERY WORST CONECTION. Im staying in Bangalore. Initially they are saying that with in the installation itself modem is free. But while disconnecting the connection they are asking the modem, then only they will process the money and connection is not good, they are cutting the money.
I disconnected the connection on 24th september 2012. I took connection on same month. With in this month nearly me and my friends called to custmer care for 100 times. After disconnecting the connection I got money for only 20days i.e 776/-. They are blaming like children i.e it is not in my department like process department, recovery department, billing department, customer care.
They dont have proper coordination.
Dont see/consider first review. because it is from tikona.
After reading this also if you r taking TiKONA means no words to say anything.
