I was their customer for 2 years - initial 1 and half year was ok. but then last 6 months I did not have any connectivity. In spite of repeated complaints no one from technical team ever looked into the matter. finally I took the decision of disconnection in Dec 2015.
Firstly the disconnection request was not processed in time. Then about more than 20 calls from their customer care team asking to restart the connection. then a bill was generated which I had no clue of. No one cared to give me the details of what bill I had to pay after disconnection.
Then had a call from their lawyer. followed by legal notice. and most horrible part is that I have never got any reply for my mails as to what bill and what notice. Finally just to end this matter and get myself free from there mental harassment and money laundering techniques, I finally paid Rs. 1500/- which I still have no clue of.
Overall experience was very bad. I will request everyone plz don’t fall into this. Anyways, their packages too are not so cheap. They charge a very good amount. and then this lot of torture.
