I have been using tikonas services from last few months, In the beginning it was average as I had the lowest plan. later on I changed my plan to 4mbps plan with monthly rent of approx 1100INR.
I made a big mistake buying this companys connection. there are alot many problems and glitches.
1 - Almost everyday their main tower will stop working and then you wont get login page.
2 - Mostly speed will go down to kbps not even mbps.
3 - You call them and their system will check your id and sync with your phone no and if its a big issue it will never transfer your call to its call center.
4 - If you want to escallate the matter, they WILL NOT AT ALL transfer the call to their manager but a stupid / unprofessional attitude dumbhead will come online if you shout on them.
5 - If you email them and escalate they will never ever take LITTLE PAIN in their*)(&^&% to reply.
I called and inform as I was told that there is problem in the device which has been installed on my roof, please get it changed. First of all when they will send you a message that a BIHARI KIND OF UNPROFESSIONAL* engineer* will come to your place and send you the phone no. to contact him - first of all their so called engineers will not pickup the phone call and also will not showup to your premises atleast for couple of days, as they wait that if the problem will resolve automatically by their tech team.
I talked to their okhla office somebody TYAGI their who straight forwardly said " I WILL NOT CHANGE THE DEVICE, DOESNT MATTER WHAT " AND HE WAS TOO LOUD AND SARCASTIC WHEN HE SAID THIS.
I escalalted the matter and recevied a call from mUmbai and the lady said "I am no one to decide whether this device will change or not" on top of that they will NOT AT ALL INSTALL A FRESH DEVICE, it will be a repaired one.(dang.what the hell I am paying for) after somany days this guy showed up and now problem is still the same because the same evening it stopped working.
LAST MONTH THEY DIDNT PROVIDE ME SERVICES AT ALL, atleast 15days the net wasnt working and rest of the days I was getting a speed of less than 1mbps though I should get at least 4 mbps based on my plan, they said they will get me a waiver(get me services not a damn waiver) and at the end of the month I recevied waiver of 96 INR. haa haa:) its funny.
GUYS, I WILL TELL YOU ONE THING " DONT DONT DONT DONT USE THEIR SERVICES" THEY SHOULD BE THROWN OUT OF THE MARKET AND THEIR LICENSE SHOULD BE CANCELLED. Their services and behaviour is pathetic and top of that their is no way you can escalate the matter or any idiot will take your call and say I aplogize.
they plans are bit cheaper but what would you do when you wont get the services 20days out of 30days everymonth.

Its been 13days I didnt receive any call from Tikona. When I called them finally today I was told that the waiver was only for 94 INR and I have to pay the balance even though I wasnt PROVIDED the services for the whole month of JUNE 2014.(15 days NO INTERNET AT ALL & 15 days no speed at all.)
I finally ordered Airtel today, bit expensive but relianble.
GUYS MAKE SURE YOU DONT BUY TIKONA, YOU MIGHT SEE AN ATTRACTIVE DEAL/PRICE AND DATA BUT WHATS THE USE WHEN YOU WONT GET IT FOR EVEN ONE DAY IN A MONTH. ITS BETTER TO RECHARGE YOUR MOBILE AND USE 3G. HAA HAA ITS A FRAUD COMPANY.
