I have to connect to my office network sometimes from home for work. However my connection breaks frequently. Also, often times simple browsing web takes eons. I am really fed up of this!
I wont say customer service is bad. They picked my call whenever I called and sent their engineer however the engineer guy doesnt seem to have proper knowledge. My issue continues as of now. However I am still continuing because there are no other broadband service providers in white field, Bangalore. Now I am thinking of moving to a different location where I can ACT or Airtel. My friends have good experience with those ones.
Although even Airtel cheated me by taking the security deposit and neither providing the connection nor the refund of the deposit, I am still hopeful with them. I am using Airtel mobile connection and at least I have good experience with them on that.
Will be saying goodbye to Tikona very soon.

All reviews were right. Even if it is the only service provider in your area dont get it. These people suck. It will be always lowest speed. I have a 2 MBPS line and guess what speed I get most of the time - less than 200 kbps. I have raised so many tickets. They send engineers. That is showoff. For the time being they actually increase my speed by reducing other customers speed in the same bandwidth. Then after few days I again get the same problem.
Since last fortnight I decided I wont tolerate this anymore. main nahi sahunga. Ab aur nahi sahunga. Bahut ho gaya atyachar. Abki baar Modi Sarkar! :)
So I started calling them whenever I got this problem. Initially they used to pick my call in 4-5 minutes and give me the same suggestions of switching off and on the device, plug out and plug in the lan cable.
After couple of days I got fed up of calling them everyday and requested for a permanent solution. They said they will send an engineer. I explained them that their engineers have visited my residence many times but this speed issue has become a chronic issue and I want a permanent solution. Still they tried to use technical jargon to calm me down. This really infuriated me and expletives just flew out of my tongue.
Now those guys have started putting me on hold for half an hour!
They wont take my call at all!
Now Ill really thank God if they accept my request for cancellation/disconnection. Ill visit the Sai baba temple as soon as they take their device and close my accounts with them.
I would rather move to a location where I can get some better internet service providers than continue with this problem-solution-problem triangle called Tikona.
