The worst service ever that I have encountered in Mira Bhayander. There are many problems
The connection is wireless, and as per the engineers who visit for calls, taller buildings can cause the connection to drop once in a while. When we started using the connection, we did not have much problem, but when buildings were constructed near our house then the connection started dropping. There were cases of 8-10 hrs downtime.
If you are not aware, then the bill charged to you is in advance. f you dont believe me then check the recurring charges on your bill. They charge you for the next month.
For faster service a number was provided. But every time you call that number you have to wait for more than 5 minutes. Is that a faster service?
In a particular case, I called the customer care. He was not able to understand my question, and so I requested to talk to a senior. The call was placed on hold and the same guy came back and told me that this is the senior speaking. Do you think your customers are dumb?
Aifter the disconnection request made in April, the process is so long that currently in June I am still waiting for an update on the disconnection.
Faulty technology, Pathetic service, and poor response times.
