Great speeds but wait.....

I am using Tikona since 9 months and I believe that the speed at this price point was awesome but I got deceived from the sales person, he gave me another person’s id(I think the person cancelled it) for 3 months and after that he asked me to pay again the installation charges.I was shocked.

But. This not the end.

Again after few days the connectivity was lost, I called the customer service and representatives were also brought to my place but the were not able to solve they were again told by me fort cancellation but they were not cancelling! And now the bill was 3000! As rental was stopped so I payed the money and the representative told that you not need to pay again for a month. But aim the bill came and I walk not pay the bill! Please I want waiver!
