Bad service

I had been using BSNL for about 8 years and moved to Tikona in Nov 2011, just b’cos they offer more speed. I signed up for 3 Mbps speed in Nov. The first 6 months I didnt have any complaints. IT was smooth. But from June 2012, nothing was working. The connection drops off frequently, speed is 400 kbps. As I use internet for important stuff, it is very important to me.


I called up customer service and I have been following up on the above 2 things every day. Every customer service representative says below


1) we have escalated as a high priority issue


2) there is no issue with your device. there is some problem with access point


3) an engineer will visit your place


4) it will be fixed within 48 hours


i also sent tons of emails to customer service. for every email, I get a reply after 2 days, saying the same things mentioned above


None of the above happened. even after 20 days, I am in the same situation as I was on the first day.


I would like to ask tikona some basic questions


1) why would it take 2 days to reply to a simple email


2) why would it take 20 days to resolve an issue


3) what is your team working on for all these days


4) would tikona accept if I pay only part of the bill every month


I am going to consumer forum on this
