Had Worst Experience With Tikona Tech Support Inef

I have been facing a problem with Tikona network connectivity since last 1.5 months. Each and every time when I called Tikona tech support department they said that issue with the ACCESS POINT and it will get resolved within 8 hrs.


But in a span of every one day I have faced network connectivity problem reason being the same (ACCESS POINT problem). Here some of my complaints in order to give you a proof.

I have also talked to your senior technical member Mr. omkar . He tried his level best(other than him mostly all of your junior technical support members are not efficient at all) to resolve the problem.But still my problem regarding network connectivity is not resolved.


The problem is with the access point tower of my area. So I wanted to either work on that access point tower or replace that access point tower with the new one. But you guys are so insufficient that you could not solve my problem for the past 45 days. I tried my level best of not switching my ISP but what I realized that tikona is big time cheater. I have never seen a company like this.


Shame on you "TIKONA" what I found in a span of 1.5 months is that you need to improve the quality of your technical resolution team considerably otherwise you will not be able to survive long as Internet service provider.


Finally I have decided to raise a complaint in Consumer Court, so that senior member of Tikona can understand and everyone who are a user or thinking to become users of Tikona can understand the pain and mental torture he/she will get if he/she will take Tikona connection.


All commitment that they made is just complete waste of time.


If you are able to understand my problem then kindly think over it and change my access point device.
