I Got my Tikona broadband connection 12 days back. Installation was done in 2 days after placing request from my friend from same building. I got the 4 mbps plan and till now the connection is working just fine. Speed is around 3.9 to 3.8mbps with good ping response.
I am getting this because their access point is clearly visible from our building, which is not far than 50 mtrs from mine. The installation technician gave all details about plan and the self care portals. Now I have connected thru lan and if it works better then I will go for router to connect all my devices. Lets see how it works for next few days
