Worst experience

I am using tikona broadband connection, and it is hell. Almost every alternative day iam unable to connect the internet connection.

If have to work on my laptop there is no connection. Customere care always says that it will be resolved next day, then what is the meaning of taking internet connection. NOT RECOMMENDING ANY ONE. even I will tell my colleauges to stop this connection and go for Airtel broadband or some other companies.
