I am a customer of Tikona Broad band since February, 2016. In intial days, I have faced frequent issues regarding connectivity and customer service. In last 6 months, the service has improved much better. I would also like to share my experience for recently launched Tikona app which have helped in satisfactory customer service.
The technician are quite helpful.
I wont say that there is no Connectivity issues, but there is quick resolution within 1-2 days. Hoping that the connectivity would be more better in coming days.
