YOUR CONNECTION CAN SUDDENLY DISAPPEAR
I would rather not get an internet connection than get a Tikona connection. It will betray you at those times you need it the most. Happened with me. 1 o’clock at night, I was waiting to watch a match. Bam! No Internet till the next afternoon. Had to mail some work from home. Again no connection for 7 days straight with no explanation. Called up their customer care, all I get is a recorded voice asking me to wait, for 2 minutes, 10 minutes, 20 minutes, half an hour. Finally someone at the other end of the line promises that an engineer will visit me and fix the problem. Nobody shows up. The connection gets fixed on its own and at its own pace. 2 weeks later, repeat of the same. Despite not providing me with their services for weeks, they had the balls to send me a bill and later harass me for money. They don’t have engineers, but they have enough people who’d come over to your house and harass you for money.
