I was using tikona till last month and it was for nearly 2 years.

and then finally I fed up with the service and decided move on.

Pro:

1. IVR system will infor tii 2 AM you net will be shut

   
   




2. .uuuummm mmm. NO No Pros

   
   

Cons:

1. I was using 4Mbps line. I have never got those magical figure on speed test.

   
   




2. Their server goes down exactly at 11:45 and restart at 12. I dont know why but mostly net will be down for tht itime.

   
   

I remember because mostly during that time my call used to be ON.

1. You have to wait minimum 10 min to speak to customer care officer.
