I have taken tikona connection in the month of JUNE. The service Engineer had come to my place & taken the installation money. I Paid him Rs.2100/-. My bill id no = 50000022238268 & the sales executive number is 9850044171.
After installation I was not getting range so I asked him to repay me the same. HE told to launch complaint in Call center but still no response from there side I received & I didn’t got my money back. So guys please don’t go for tikona really pathetic sales person + call center is also hopeless.
I am thinking of launching a complaint in the police station for taking our money.
