I just purchased the Tikona internet connection and they just cheated me. From the day 1 the connection is not working and in spite of my numerous calls to all there concerned people and call center no one has even took care to reverted back. It is the next biggest fraud which is happening in India. I am going to file a case against them for the poor customer care service.
They are offering such cheap rates that they are able to get new customers but once the sale is done just forget it and it is like a showpiece which is just good for the dustbin only.
