It is one of my wrist experince with any brand so far Tikona is so bad that I don’t have a word to talk about such pathtic company. I don’t know why people get into service idustry if they can not provide services. One bad day I called tikona to come over and install a brodband connection they took five days to come to my place and installed and promised me that they’ll provide me 5mbps speed so I took 80gbs plan. ever since they install the broadband connection I hardly use it becasue I can not use auch pathatic speed of the internet. the speed comes from 8am to 10 am thats it. I sent so many emails and called them to disconnect the connection but every time I call them they infrom that they’ll fix it which never happes their so called engineer never came to my place to fix it. So right now I’m just fighting for my refund. please never ever install tikona broadband you will suffer like anything. And they’ll never fix the problem but will send the bills to you every month and if you diasgree to pay yhe thertan you.
