I got Internet services from them and I paid in advance for 3 months. Their services were ok for around 40 days and after that the services gone worst. I contacted them several times, I called their customer service number for multiple times.
I got N number of tickets, I got N number of issues from them. I reported it each and every time but they did not provide any resolution. Finally I decided to disconnect the services of Tikona and I started using Reliance. I called them and I told them that I am not using their services anymore. I want to close my account, they said OK they will be waiving off the fee for the day I was not able to use the services. I said okay, then we spoke about the usage.
I was promised that Ill be getting waiver for approximate 60 days. When I called about it, everyone started ignoring me and they were treating me like a begger. I was threatened like. Bill pay kar do, warna hum dekh lenge. I said that I have no issue in paying the bill but I am only waiting for the waiver I was promished. The representative ended the call very rudely. I sent a leagel notice to Tikonas mumbai office, that was ignored too. I waited for 30 days for a reply againt that notice. Then I decided to file a case in consumer court but my father is ill these days so I was not getting time for all this. I lost an assignment worth 88, 430 INR, just because of Tikona. I have a copy of everything, screenshot of computer screen for all issues. Few days ago, I got a call from Delhi court that Tikona has filed a case against me for non-payment. As I am already in worst situation because of my dads healt, I paid bill to avoid further hassle. But now I am ready and going to file a proper case will all the details that I have.
