Tikona Threatening to Pay for Unoffered Services

Dear Friends,


I was a tikona customer with ID 1109322313 for 2 years since November 2013. The services became bad by July 2015. In spite of multiple technical support request the service quality has not improved. Hence I have requested for disconnection by 26th October and stopped using tikona on 30th October.


Tikona has generated a advance rental bill on 27th October, for the November month. When I have checked the customer care about the future bill even after disconnection, they have assured that I need not have to pay as I need to only pay the final settlement bill. After a great follow up Tikona has terminated the account on 22nd of November and collected instruments/accessories by 25th of November. I have also received a termination mail which advised me to ignore all interim bills.


Still 28th November they have generated another bill. To the worse part it also had a fine for not paying the previous bill, for which the services are not at all used.As per the mail I need to pay the final settlement bill which will be generated within 15 days(ie before 7th December, which has not happened yet). But on 26th of November one more bill has been generated. This bill also imposed a fine for not paying the previous bill. When I have contacted customer care, they have asked me to ignore that too and wait for the final bill.  They said as per termination mail, a final bill will be generated soon(which has not happened yet) with all these fines and unused charges waived off.


But today I have received a threatening call from Tikona to pay the interim bill with all fines from the number 022-45765015. When I have asked him the status on the final settlement bill he did not respond to that, just talking as though it was a recorded speech. Guys, from my bad experience so far, I can say that it is really not a good feel to just pay for nothing, when you don’t even have their wires running to your house. I am seeing lot of people recommending tikona; but one or other day you need to terminate the connection; You too need to walk this path.
