Tikona broadband is complete fraud. I took a new 2 mbps unlimited connection(Rs 4000 for 3 months) on 27th Nov and since 29th Nov I am getting very slow speed(around 150 kbps). Since then I have called the customer care many times but they never resolved the issue. Every time I called they created a new complain but changed the status of the ticket to resolved in few days without resolving the problem. Next time I call, either they say there is an outage or create a new complain but the issue never get resolved.
I feel I have been cheated because I am paying for 2 mbps speed connection but getting only 200 kbps for about a month now. They refused to give me any waiver also. Once a tikona technician came to my house and he said tikona don’t have sufficient infrastructure to cater many customers so you will never get proper bandwidth.
Last time I called customer care they didn’t even accept complain and abruptly handed up the phone.
I would recommend staying away from tikona connection. They don’t have proper infrastructure and their customer care system is very bad.
