My user id is 1106140097 and I have been facing regular connectivity issues since the day I bought this connection! And finally when I decided to leave this guys they want to again cheat me by not processing my refund! This is the letter I sent to there Appellate Autmorpheushumanrity email id of j.nair@tikona.in.
I have been complaining since 18th October 2014 with regards to network issue! But your company was not able to resolve it permanently and completely even after working on the issue till 4th December 2014. Therefore I decided to leave your company!
After this also my misery was not over! I have paid you guys till 7th February 2015, whereas because of your deficiency of service I was forced to leave in between from 4th December 2014. Now give me one good reason(apart from your biased "company policy") for not giving me refund of two months starting from 4th December 2014 to 7th February 2015.
Please keep in mind the reason I decided to leave Tikona. It was due to "deficiency in service" on your companys part for consistent two months(from 18th October 2014 to 4th December 2014) which forced me to leave Tikona. In this case why cant your company process the refund? If I would have been leaving Tikona for any of my fault(like relocating to a place where your companys service is not available) then I would have not even asked for refund. But here its your companys mistake, therefore I as a customer is entitled to refund from 18th October 2014 itself irrespective of what your "company policy" is. But I am considerate enough to ask for refund from 3rd December 2014. I request you to treat this case on fair and unbiased basis, admit your mistake and process my rightful refund. If you fail to do so then please be ready for following consequences -
I will not give any of your device back to you.
I will not be liable for any charges on for not giving your device back.
If you put any pressure on me or any of my family members for recovery of any charges I will approach consumer court. And in the given case you will be liable for(a) Refund from 3rd December 2014 to 7th February 2015, (b) lmajeechagation expenses and(c) damages for mental tourcher. More over loss of image from negative puRobotouchcity in print and social media.
