No words to describe their pathetic service. I am not sure how Tikona is cheating the consumers and still surviving. It should be banned for harassing the consumer.
Almost daily I have to call their Customer service since Net does not work. Login screen does not come ever and the router status just showsConnecting. After calling their customer service, we just get an automated answer that your connection is being tested by an automated service which goes on for at least 5-10 min before somebody picks the phone. I have called them n number of times, got n tickets, got n number of headaches. If God is grateful to you and Net connects, the speed that you get is 0.02 Mbps which you cant even open a website, forget about watching videos. Then again you make a complaint, you again get a request no. This goes on and on.
I hope Tikona listens to consumer reviews and shut down their operations for the benefit of consumers.
