I am a software developer and need internet 24 hours a day with good speed and unlimited data but in my area Marthahalli there are no other service providers like ACT, G-broadband, Hathway so I had to contact them against my choice. They do not provide router, speed is always low and daily 2-3 hours service won’t work and worse customer service also.
If you or anyone is going for Tikona then there only reason must be that no other ISPs are available . Once you get this service you be frustrated because their service is poor but price is not low its same like other good service providers. A simple work of 5 minutes will take 15 minute as of the speed. I am planning to change my flat and go to somewhere I can get good Internet speed and connection should be reliable and I get full support and service as I am paying for it so its must be worth it. Hope this helps and I strongly recommend .’SAY NO TO TIKONA’ its much better if you have Reliance Jio sim plan better than this so called broadband.
