Worst sevice. frequent connection issue. Its not connection very often. there is no response after making complaint. I just got tikona one week back. Just one day was good with speed fluctuation. 2nd days onwards problem started. not connecting at all. There is no response after making complaint. made about 10 calls but no response till date. As per my experience bsnl bb far better than tikona.
1st issue= not connecting at all
2nd issue= speed fluctuation is very high. ie speed not consistent
3rd issue= frequent disconnection inspite of connectivity.
