I took tikona in Vizag. They claim 2048 kb/s but the actual speed is much less than 1000 kb/s. I have never got a sustained speed more than 140 kB/s, which is about 1100 kb/s. This is just half of what Tikona claims. Worst service and absence of Transparency is what Tikona can give you. Please do not opt for Tikona. They do not value the customer. They have been changing plans every month, but does not intimate the customer about the same. Even if the same thig is being offered at a lower price they continue to charge u with old high tariff.
