Third class internet service provider in Baroda.

I have recently purchased the new connection from Tikona. When I called them up they immediately sent their representative and he took 1000/- from me saying that you will get the best speed and service in your area. He came at around 8:30PM night showing his prompt service. After taking the money the guy from Tikona installation called me and said he will not be coming after 6:00PM because their office timings becomes over. Then I took half day leave and for getting the Tikona connection installed in my area i.e. RajNagar Society near Akota stadium, Baroda. Then the technical person tried for two hours and he could not get the proper signal strength there, then he told me that he requires 2 more hours for the same. Even after so many attempts he could not get the signal in my area, then I asked why they have taken my 1000/- Rs when they didn’t have any signal in my area, now after that no body is ready to talk neither they are ready to disconnect the new connection and they are also not returning my money back.


I will call them as the biggest cheaters.
