I humbly ask anybody considering subscribing to Tikona not to do it even in there wildest dreams.
The connection never worked and I switched to BSNL.
I asked to disconnect which they did and after 1 year started sending legal notice. When I call the service center, they do not speak properly. They do not know even the language. They do not provide an address where we can go and talk.
I am frustrated and top of it pay for services which I never used.
