Very bad experience.

Tikona Wibro, I had a very bad experience with tikona. I am sharing my story here as I took tikona’s connection in august 2015 it was working nicely till 3 month. then after three month as our data limit is 10 gb it shows that in a very frist week that you have used your all data. when we go to the site to saw the data usage it shows the you used 2 gb in 19 sec , 1 gb in 5 sec and so on and one most shocking thing is it shows the speed of internet is constant and is 1024 kb per second. it is just impossible to have an internet connection that provide contant speed and of 1024 kb per sec.


When I complained their they just told me that we will resolve your problem in few days but continuingly I complained and then I got no response then I found a way that I will not pay the bill of the connection till my problem is not resolved.


but then also there were no response. they were called me for pay bill otherwise we will cut the connection I told them to cut this much nonsense thing. still they called me yo pay the bills and irritate me that you have to go to delhi court as you didnot pay the bills and so on. I just suggest not to have this one because their services are so bad and they do not think about the ethics of customers. As be aware and be carefull always in investing your money.
