Customer care is very bad,

I tried connecting to customer care through phone and chat, it took almost a week and then they kept me on hold before disconnect .

Very bad Service and customer support and they think they are providing the service for free of cost . Very very very Very bad service . Please don’t opt for Tikona i’m giving one star as that is the minimum allowed.
