Oh! I have not seen such a worst service so far.
I never got the reliable connection from Tikona. Initially, I was patient enough to bare with the service and try to resolve the issue with the customer and technical support. However, there was no luck, more than 3 technicians visited my site and tried resolving the issue and even tried replacing the devices and there was no improvement.
Finally, I had to really place a request to cancel my connection and I had to switch to Airtel. It is more than 45 days I placed a request I still keep getting the calls from customer support that they will send their technician to resolve the issue. I have also received the invoices for the services, which I have not used.Not at all acceptable.Please be careful with their services.
