Here is my experience with tikona.
It worked fine for few months after installation. Then there was problem with the connection every second day. We contacted tikona people again and again. They assured to send a technician every time but technician never arrived. After a period of one month, we told them to disconnect the connection. But, they didn’t. Now they started asking for paying money. We refused to pay as we already have shut the router down a month ago and we didn’t use the internet. Now, they called and messaged me twice everyday. After sometime, I got a call from an advocate to pay money+1500(refundable). I did not wanted to get into court issues as I did not have proof that they didn’t respond to my complaints. So I paid money.
That’s why, I called them "LOOTERS" in the title of the review.
My opinion, never go for TIKONA.
