Tikona is a big fraud company who doesnt bother about their customers. They can send you 10 emails and make 20 phone calls a day just to remind you about pending bill but when there is a problem, they dont even bother to respond. Highly unprofessional people, their call center staff is uneducated, unskilled people who doesnt know anything about Internet problem. I have been complaining about my internet problem from last 15 days and have been complaining every single day but these guys are so uneducated, they dont want to do their job or to be precisely they dont know how to resolve any issue.
Everytime these Advance technical team is closing my complain as resolved without even doing anything. Im still facing problem.
My two cents- Either you guys resolve this problem on high priority as it is affecting my professional life or else I will not mind taking this matter to consumer court as its a mental harassment.
