I call Tikona service centre for booking one new connection they are like gives few details for checking feasibility then we will call you back after few hours they call me, sir we have feasibility in your area you can book connection. I said ok book they took my all details they fixed the appointment for next day at 5: 30pm morning one guy call me at 11: 30am sir send your details to book one appointment I said I have already given. He cut the call with out saying anything. Next day one engineer call at 2o clock he is like I will come at 5o Clock. Engineer didnt come on time after 5o Clock. I wait for her he came at 6: 30. He is like I want to go on Top to check the feasibility without calling any one he told we dont have feasibility I told here sir your company members are like we have feasibility in your area sorry sir I cant argue with you I have some other work in your area. He want I called customer service sir your member came he told we dont feasibility in your area and he went, He told sir we will talk with engineer and we will call back till know they didnt call.
My simple think is that if you dont want to give your connection to costumer then why did you open broadband service because of them I waste my 2days.
