Tikona has the best internet service in PUNE. Every time I have a problem, I know I can call them and they answer it straight away! Not hours waiting for a "Sorry I can’t help you." answer.
RELIANCE was my previous internet provider but to be honest, worst experience I ever had. Horrible experience with their customer care team. They never answered my emails or phone calls.
I’m really happy with Tikona customer service and for their quick response and I highly recommend it.
