I had requested tikona for disconnection due to failure from their end to transfer my connecion during august in 2015(I had even paid an advance some for the month where there was no installation). Till date I’ve sent countless messages as well as emails to customer care and asked why wasn’t my request processed and they kept on dodging the queries.
Today I was sent a call from this fraud advocate Mr. Karan who claims to be in Mumbai with a number traced back to Delhi 8505878383 who inspite of my queries threatened me for law suits and no refund. He even went on to defame the law saying he can do whatever irrespective of any formal complaints and no one will come to help me in my issue. Same person has been identified by other users as well.
Would like to raise an complaint regarding fraudulent conduct as well as extortion of consumers by this company during multiple occasions. Attaching the request emails highlighting when the issue was registered and how tikona customer care plays a fraud with its customers who want disconnection.
