Very dissatisfied with Tikona service. Never gave the promised bandwidth. In our society of 6 buildings we used to get very bad performance during peak usage hours.
Worst is their collection and disconnection departments. Its been 3 months since I have put in disconnection request and still keep getting bills of increasing amounts. Ive talked to the customer care atleast 10 times and written to customer care several times. Is this a new way to harass customers for moving to different service?
