If you want to use any broad band Please don’t use TIKONA. In never connects to the net. Moreover Billing cycle is horrible. Even though you dont use any internet they will charge for the entire month. I requested to disconnect the services to me on 5th day after billing. They have generated billing for total month. I have not used services more than 15 days. They generated two bills for the amount of Rs.1840 & Rs 1489. I don’t know how they justify that. Hence I request you all.
