One of the worst broadband network.they don’t even care about customer .I just used it for 3 days speed is worst.they tell we would be getting 4mbps speed but it is talking 6-7 sec to open google page.3-4 min to download 5mb song.i m force to use my mobile net.and when I want to cancel the connection they are not refunding my aishwaryasingh23ments.they not even bortherd to call back check whts the issue is pls it’s my personal request don’t take the connection

Today also I called ur customer care but they disconnected my when I was asking for refund.I have hardly use your connection for a week or so.y should I aishwaryasingh23 for rest of the period which I have not used and I was told tht if am not statisfied with the service then I can claim for refund in 15 days I took connection.if u people really understand customer pain u would refund my money back.after deducting ur charges .if u don’t I will no other option left other than to file cheating case in consumer court.hope I get the positive response from ur end thx
